AFFILIATES are employees of either Capital or PNE RC&D.

 Both RC&Ds maintain a workers compensation policy on all AFFILIATES.  

PTO, Maternity/Paternity, Jury Duty, Military Leave, Holidays, Unpaid Leave, and Office Closings.

Current POV rate is $.70 (as of 1/1/25) and is

updated annually. 

An NRCS travel authorization form is required, and should be completed prior to any training requiring lodging or meals.
