6. You will now see a list of providers in the area you requested. PLEASE BE SURE
TO ONLY USE PROVIDERS WITH A GREEN CHECKMARK, WHICH MEANS
THEY HAVE BEEN VERIFIED
III. Be sure to consult the and complete the forms in the Injury Kit (link is found below.)
IV. Notify your immediate supervisor, as well as PNE (at poconopay@gmail.com) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. The initial 24-hour window for reporting begins with the accident itself. Complete the injury form and additional signature pages (found in the Injury Kit and email all to poconopay@gmail.com. These two forms are important to make sure your medical expenses are covered.
