PNE - Getting Paid
How often am I paid?
PNE pays AFFILIATES every other Friday. Pay weeks run from Saturday to the second Friday.
How am I paid?
PNE pays AFFILIATES via direct deposit. Please remember to keep us updated if you change banks or bank accounts. When our payday is a holiday, you normally will be paid on the last working day before the holiday. Please review your paycheck for errors. If you find a mistake, report it to our Director of Operations at sue@pnercd.org.
What is Workforce?
Quickbooks Workforce is a self-service online portal that allows Affiliates access and review of important payroll information, such as W-2 forms and payroll stubs. Be sure to sign up for Workforce, when invited to do so.
Once signed up for Workforce, every time a payroll is run, you will get an email letting you know a pay stub is available to view and print.
Timecard/Timesheet
PNE AFFILIATES are responsible for completing both a PNE timecard and an NRCS timesheet. These, along with appropriate signatures, will be submitted no later than Monday at noon following the end of the pay period. Both should be emailed to poconopay@gmail.com.
NRCS timesheets will identify by date the number of NRCS program hours worked and detailed work products provided. Staff will be required to certify each timesheet with dated signature and supervisor signature (electronic signatures are acceptable) at the time of submittal. AFFILIATES will be expected to report their time by program and not exceed the budgeted funds.
Payroll Deductions/Garnishments
PNE is required by law to make certain deductions from your paycheck each pay period. Such deductions typically include Federal and State taxes, Social Security, and Medicare.
If questions or concerns about any pay deductions arise, AFFILIATES may discuss and resolve them with the Director of Operations.
When an AFFILIATE's wages are garnished by a court of order, PNE is legally bound to withhold from an AFFILIATE's paycheck the amount indicated in the garnishment order. PNE will honor applicable federal and state guidelines that protect a certain amount of an AFFILIATE'S income from being subject to garnishment.
